Gregory S. Rom is a Certified Public Accountant with an undergraduate degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He joined the firm as a junior accountant in 1981 and has been a partner since 1989.

Greg has specialized in the audits of manufacturing businesses and has also been instrumental in the continuing development of the firm's medical client practice. 

His tax and business planning expertise includes mergers, individual and corporate financing as well as succession planning for corporate clients.

Gary E. Schreiber is a Certified Public Accountant and the Quality Review Partner of Moses and Schreiber, LLP.  He is in charge of the firm’s internal quality control for all aspects of financial statement reporting and resolution of technical issues related to financial statements.

Gary received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 1985 and joined a national accounting firm after his graduation where he was a member of both the audit and Management Information Systems (MIS) departments. His experience includes extensive work in the film, manufacturing and real estate industry, including tax auditing, due diligence, and financing. 

Gary joined Moses and Schreiber, LLP in 1989 and is currently active in building the firm’s independent film and real estate practice.

Allison Gallagher is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware. She joined the firm as a junior accountant in 1999.

Allison has experience in multiple industries, she has specialized in not-for-profit audits and single audits. Her experience also includes extensive knowledge in the film industry, professional practices, manufacturing, trusts, estates, tax research and planning on the corporate, individual, trust and estate level.

Allison is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Stephanie Feimer is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both accounting and economics from Queens College. She joined the firm as a senior accountant in 2007.

Stephanie has experience in multiple industries with extensive knowledge in real estate, employee stock ownership plans (ESOP), restricted stock options (RSU), employee incentive stock options (ISO), professional practices, and tax planning on the corporate and individual level.

She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
